Private equity and management service firm Current Capital has appointed two more executives to its advisory board.
They are Salvatore D. Fazzolari, the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harsco Corporation, and Mary Jane Raymond, chief financial officer of II-VI Incorporated.
Jonathan F Foster, founder and managing director of Current Capital, says: “Sal and Mary Jane are more unique additions to our Advisory Board who will help us build on our first private equity investment, Stackpole International, an automotive supplier that we sold late last year creating a very significant return for our investors, and our now nineteen active or completed assignments in our management services business for clients including leading investment firms, financial institutions and global corporations.”
The addition of Fazzolari and Raymond brings the total number of Current Capital’s advisory board members to 18. Current Capital’s advisory board includes current and former executives who participate in the firm’s private equity investing and management services businesses by helping to source and execute investment and consulting opportunities.
Fazzolari is a member of the board of a number of companies, including RPM International, a provider of specialty coatings, sealants, building products and related services serving both industrial and consumer markets. During a 32-year career at Harsco, he served in numerous leadership positions and played an instrumental role in Harsco’s growth as a global industrial enterprise.
Raymond has over 25 years of experience as a finance professional with major corporations in the services industries. Most recently, she was the chief financial officer of Hudson Global and, previously, she was the chief risk officer and vice president and corporate controller at Dun and Bradstreet. Additionally, she was the vice president, merger integration at Lucent Technologies and held several management assignments at Cummins Engine Company.
