Pritzker Group expands private capital team

Pritzker Group Private Capital has added two executives to its investment and operations teams.

Veteran manufacturing executive Bill Denton will join as a senior advisor and Chris Trick, formerly of KRG Capital Partners, will serve as a vice-president.

Denton, chairman of Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company, will work with the firm’s manufactured products operations team. Denton is the former president and CEO of Fiskars Brands, a global manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, and he spent 25 years with Newell Rubbermaid in senior executive roles.

Denton will work closely with Milestone AV Technologies, which designs, markets and distributes mounting equipment and display solutions for the audio-visual market. Acquired by Pritzker Group in 2013, Milestone serves more than 5,000 global customers and maintains operations in the US, Europe and China.

Trick will help source and execute investments as well as work with the management teams of the firm’s companies. Trick previously served as an associate with KRG Capital Partners, where he helped close 10 transactions valued at nearly USD1 billion and helped manage the firm’s portfolio of companies. Trick began his career as an investment banking analyst with Robert W Baird & Co.

“Pritzker Group continues to grow its world-class team to drive growth and operational excellence. These talented professionals share our focus on value creation and long-term growth and are great additions to the Pritzker team,” says Paul Carbone, managing partner of Pritzker Group Private Capital.
