Institutional Limited Partners Association makes two senior level hires

The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) has made two key senior hires – Jennifer Choi to managing director, industry affairs, and Nicole Caty to managing director, membership and events.

“We are pleased to be adding such talented executives to enhance and broaden the ILPA team,” says Michael Mazzola, ILPA chairman (MetLife). “The ILPA has an ambitious strategy and having the capabilities that Jennifer and Nicole add to the team will allow us to accelerate a number of our programmes.

“Having a dedicated executive attending to the needs of our members has been a priority for the association and adding Nicole to the team is a very positive step for us.”

Choi joins the ILPA after eight years as EMPEA’s vice president, industry and external affairs, where she managed the associations’ member and industry engagement initiatives.

Caty joins the ILPA after 18 years in progressive roles within the banking industry, most recently at HSBC as an investment banker focused on M&A transactions.
