Jamieson Corporate Finance opens New York office

Jamieson Corporate Finance, an independent global management advisory firm, has opened its first international office in Maddison Avenue, New York.

Jamieson is already an established management advisory service in the UK and European markets.

Recent transatlantic deals have included the firm advising the management team for Denver, Colorado-based Gates on the recent USD5.4bn sale of Gates Corporation to Blackstone.

The US office will be headed up by partner John Greenland. He will be responsible for originating and executing management advisory and M&A transactions for Jamieson’s US and international clients.

Ian Jamieson, founder and CEO of Jamieson Corporate Finance, says: “The opening of our first international office is an exciting chapter in the firm’s history. Building a trusted, global advisory offering is a key part of Jamieson’s international ambitions, and we are eager to replicate the firm’s European success in the US market.

“We are looking forward to working with US intermediaries and private equity firms as part of structuring management terms within transaction processes.”
