Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance appoints Paul Brooks as non-executive director

Paul Brooks has joined the management board of Bank of Scotland's Integrated Finance division as a Non Executive Director. Brooks will be working alongside Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance's senior management team to provide independent strategic advice on the division's growing investment business.

Brooks is a founding director of Fulcrum Partners, which specialises in the provision of training to the international private equity industry, and also holds the position of Special Lecturer in the School of Management & Finance at the University of Nottingham.

Commenting upon the appointment, Mark Hammond, Head of Integrated Finance said: "I'm delighted to welcome Paul on board to help shape our business for the future and support our growth ambitions. Paul's experience of the non-executive director role, coupled with his experience within the private equity industry, will prove invaluable to Integrated Finance's senior management team as we look to build upon the success already achieved by the business."

Brooks commented: 'Bank of Scotland's Integrated Finance division provides innovative and highly competitive solutions to the financing of buy-outs which appeal particularly to management teams. This has resulted in the business achieving a significant and growing market share in a highly competitive market place. I'm delighted to have been invited to join the business and share with it my experience as Integrated Finance embarks on the next phase of its ambitious growth plans.'
