Multiplier Capital closes first fund at USD227 million

Multiplier Capital, a venture debt fund, has held the final closing of its first fund with investable capital of approximately USD227 million.

Led by anchor investor Liberty Peak Capital, other investors include a college endowment, a publicly traded bank, family offices, and high net worth individuals in the US and Canada. The fund was oversubscribed. 
 
Multiplier Capital was founded by partners Ray Boone, Ezra Friedberg, Henry "Huck" O'Connor and Kevin Sheehan. Combined, these investment professionals bring almost 80 years and USD1 billion of debt transactions experience tailoring value-added debt solutions for more than 100 high-growth companies.
