Innova Capital has invested in Trimo Group, a European provider of complete solutions for building envelopes and steel façade systems.
Trimo Group headquartered in Trebnje, Slovenia, provides Innova Capital with access to an attractive market for complete solutions in steel buildings, roofs, facades, modular units and sound-proof systems.
Innova Capital is to acquire 97.45 per cent of the shares of Trimo d.d. and 44.9 per cent of the shares in Trimo MSS, d.d. as well as all outstanding bank debt from 10 Slovenian banks and other credit institutions. The transaction is scheduled to close in Q1 2016 once certain formal approvals and conditions precedent have been fulfilled.
Trimo Group designs and manufactures original solutions for steel buildings, façade systems, roofs, modular units and sound-proof systems. Its unique and proprietary Qbiss One solution is gaining increasing presence in most demanding applications and markets, having been installed among others at Heathrow Airport, McLaren Production Centre in the UK and numerous Porsche dealerships. The Group operates in over 50 countries and generated approximately EUR 100m of consolidated revenues for 2014.
