Three Hills Capital Partners has added three new hires to its team – Joe Jefferies, Arjan Blok and Ravi Savjani, who come from Montagu, Vitruvian and Apax respectively.
Jefferies joins THCP as an Investment Manager, having spent four years at Montagu Private Equity focused on the UK market. Prior to his experience at Montagu, He was previously at JP Morgan Cazenove in Corporate Finance.
Before joining THCP as a Senior Associate, Blok was at Vitruvian Partners for two years as an Associate in the Benelux and UK investment teams. Prior to Vitruvian, he was in Corporate Finance at Morgan Stanley covering Benelux and Switzerland. Previously, Blok was a technology entrepreneur having co-founded an e-commerce software business in the Netherlands.
Savjani has joined THCP as Investor Relations Manager. He was previously at Apax Partners where he helped to raise multiple funds and managed relationships with the investor base. Previously Savjani spent several years at Lombard Securities and at Deloitte within the Corporate Finance team.
