Limerston Capital has acquired Crawford Scientific Holdings Ltd (Crawford), comprising Crawford Scientific Ltd and Hall Analytical Laboratories), from Maven Capital Partners.
Crawford is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of outsourced chromatography consumables and services to the laboratory research and testing sector. This is the third investment of Limerston Capital’s debut fund, Limerston Capital Partners I.
Scotland based Crawford Scientific (founded in 1985) and Manchester based Hall Analytical Laboratories (founded in 1987) provide an array of products and services encompassing consumables distribution with expert advice, training and specialist analytical services to offer the UK’s leading pharmaceutical, research and laboratory testing providers an end-to-end chromatography solution.
