Annie-Laure Servel appointed CIO of Artemid

Annie-Laure Servel, senior manager and associate of Artemid, a subsidiary of Capzanine and Amiral Gestion, has been named as the firm’s new Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

“With this new role of CIO, we’re continuing with our restructuring in order to better respond to the financial challenges of the economy and to manage the speed of our development, which has been boosted by the levy provided by Artemid Senior Loan II,” says Servel. “Today, the total amount levied by Artemid has reached around EUR700 million. We’re seizing the opportunity created by this new structure to expand our team with a fifth person who will help supplement this system.”

Servel began her career at Groupe Roullier, which specialises in agricultural chemistry, agricultural supplies, and the food industry, in 1992, as International Treasurer of one of its subsidiaries. Then in 1998 she began managing the group’s treasury within the holding company.

In 2001, Servel joined CA-Indosuez (renamed CALYON in 2003), the corporate and investment bank of the Crédit Agricole group, as a Senior Banker. In 2007 she became Director of Structured Finance and LBOs, progressing to LBI Co-manager in 2009, before going on to become Manager of Corporate Structured Finance and LBOs at the Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (formerly CALYON) in 2011. At the beginning of 2015, Servel joined Artemid as a Senior and Associate Manager.
