Law firm Akerman has added experienced corporate partner Ted Rosen to its M&A and Private Equity Practice in New York.
Involved in complex transactions for more than three decades, Rosen joins the Corporate Practice Group from Fox Rothschild, where he served as administrative partner for the New York Corporate and Public Companies Practices and as co-chair of the Private Equity Practice Group. Rosen advances Akerman’s longstanding capabilities dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, international transactions and venture capital transactions.

Rosen counsels large, established, and emerging growth companies and private equity funds in mergers, management buyouts, recapitalisations, roll-ups, and growth strategies, as well as in matters related to structuring, organisation, governance, financing, employment and compensation. He also advises clients on the development, protection, licensing, and distribution of their products, technologies and services.
Rosen has also represented public companies in SEC reporting and compliance matters, private and public companies in registered and unregistered equity and debt financing transactions, public and private targets and acquirers in mergers and acquisitions, and, public companies in corporate governance and related matters, including initial and continued listing matters.
