Private equity fund administrator Gen II Fund Services (Gen II) has appointed Edward Poletti as a Senior Advisor.
Before joining Gen II, Ed spent twenty four years at Credit Suisse building and managing one of the world’s largest global alternative fund operations businesses.
In his role Ed will work closely with the Managing Principals, Norman Leben and Steven Millner advising on a wide range of operational and industry issues. “We are elated to add Ed to our team,” says Leben. “He is an expert in private equity fund accounting and operations, his depth of knowledge about the outsourcing model and running an institutional grade service platform will be invaluable to our continued success.”
