Innovia Medical (Innovia), Shore Capital Partners’ specialty surgical products platform, has acquired with Eagle Laboratories (Eagle Labs), a manufacturer and distributor of ophthalmic products, focusing on single-use cannula, micro-surgical knives, and blades.
