Mid-market private equity investor Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone) has submitted a binding offer for the acquisition of the whole business of Courir.
The equity value of this offer is EUR283 million.
Equistone has now entered today into exclusive negotiations with Groupe Go Sport.
The completion of the deal, which is expected in H1 20189, is subject to the consultation of employees’ representative bodies and clearance from the relevant antitrust authorities.
