Healthcare tech and media specialist Hemavli Bali has joined corporate finance firm Clearwater International’s TMT team as a Director in the London office.
Hemavli joins from Deloitte, where she led M&A advisory services for areas including e-clinical solutions, medtech, software and IP driven consultancies. With over a decade of corporate finance experience, she has previously held roles at Results International, Nomura, Royal Bank of Canada and Ernst & Young.
Clearwater’s TMT team has seen a 14 per cent increase in completed deals compared with 2017, closing three deals in a week during the last quarter, with a value of EUR160 million. Recent completions included advising KN Group on its cross-border merger with Circet Group; BCN Group on its sale to Beech Tree Private Equity; and Mouseflow on its sale to Offspring Capital.
