Oak Hill Capital Partners has made three promotions across its investor relations and private equity investment teams.
Andy Burdick has been promoted to Partner, Jake Shulman has been promoted to Vice President, and Adam Hahn and Jeff Mettam have been promoted to Principal.

Importantly, Andy, Jake, Adam and Jeff have enhanced Oak Hill’s unique culture. I look forward to all they will accomplish going forward.”
Burdick joined Oak Hill in 2016 as a Managing Director, and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations. In the last three years, Burdick has been instrumental in driving the fundraising efforts for OHCP IV, and more recently for OHCP V. Prior to Oak Hill, Burdick was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Amici Capital, a Managing Director at Shumway Capital Partners, and a Director at Credit Suisse Group in the Equities Division. Burdick earned an AB degree at Lafayette College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Shulman joined Oak Hill in 2018 as an Associate and he has played an integral role in our current OHCP V fundraise. Prior to Oak Hill, Shulman was an Associate on the Investor Relations team at Energy Capital Partners. Shulman earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Hahn joined Oak Hill in 2010 as an Associate, and works in the firm’s Media & Communications and Services groups. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the M&A group at Barclays Capital PLC. Hahn earned an AB degree, cum laude, from Harvard University. Recently, Hahn helped with OHCP IV’s sale of FirstLight Fiber, a leading provider of fibre-optic bandwidth infrastructure services in the Northeast.
Mettam joined Oak Hill in 2009 as an Associate, and works in the firm’s Industrials group. Prior to Oak Hill, he was a member of the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mettam earned a BS, summa cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. Recently, Mettam played an essential role in Oak Hill’s recapitalisation of Berlin Packaging.
