Ropes & Gray Advises on TSG Consumer Partners’ USD4bn eighth fund


Ropes & Gray has advised private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners on its eighth fund, TSG8, which held a final closing on 4 February with USD4 billion of limited partner capital commitments. As with its prior fund, TSG8 was substantially oversubscribed.

The fund will primarily focus on high-growth consumer companies through equity investments between USD200 million and USD800 million.
