Law firm Paul Hastings has added M&A infrastructure and energy partner Steven Bryan to the firm’s London office. Bryan joins from Hogan Lovells, where he was part of the leadership committee of the global corporate practice.

He has acted on transactions in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas in the water, transportation, energy (oil and gas, power, and renewables), utilities, mining, waste management, telecommunications, and real estate sectors.
