Paul Hastings adds M&A infrastructure and energy partner in London

Law firm Paul Hastings has added M&A infrastructure and energy partner Steven Bryan to the firm’s London office. Bryan joins from Hogan Lovells, where he was part of the leadership committee of the global corporate practice.

“The addition of another pre-eminent partner such as Steven to our London office shows our continuing commitment to a critical market for Paul Hastings,” says Seth Zachary, Chair of Paul Hastings. “Steven is known for his skillset in dealing with complex and high-end premium work in the energy and infrastructure space, which fits in very well with our strategy in that area.”

“I have been impressed with the investment Paul Hastings has been making in London and their ambition to build a leading global transactional energy and infrastructure practice with a centre of gravity in London, complementing their current strong global offering,” says Bryan.

Bryan’s experience includes a range of domestic and cross-border corporate work, advising investment funds, corporates and investment banks on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and joint ventures. He has acted on transactions in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas in the water, transportation, energy (oil and gas, power, and renewables), utilities, mining, waste management, telecommunications, and real estate sectors.
