PE fund managed by Green Arrow Capital completes eighth deal

Green Arrow Capital SGR Private Equity Team has finalised its eighth acquisition, acquiring a majority holding in Labware, a specialist provider of integrated point of sales systems in the foodservice and retail business.

The company, which started out as a hardware producer, has, over the years, developed an integrated system of hardware and software, including all the devices needed for point of sales (cash register, handheld terminals, printers) to support management applications for point of sale management. Labware also offers a series of customisable APPs for monitoring the point of sale, and the retention and analysis of customer data (data analytics). This integrated solution has been on the market since 2010.
