Growth Capital Partners (GCP), a mid-market investor in UK SMEs, has promoted Jay Salter to Investment Manager. Salter joined GCP in 2017 and most recently worked on the investments in The DMW Group and Indigo Telecom Group.
Salter previously worked in the corporate finance team at Ernst & Young where he spent four years in the London office working in corporate restructuring and transactions support before three years in Sydney as part of the private equity transactions team, specialising in mid-market investments.
Salter says: “It’s a very exciting time to be at GCP, with our recent investments from Fund IV as well as growing the team puts us in a strong position for the future. It’s great to be part of a team that looks to partner with entrepreneurial management teams and support their growing businesses, and I look forward to contributing to the continued success at GCP.”
