Idinvest Partners, an investor in SMEs across Europe, has appointed Sylviane Guyonnet, COO of Idinvest and Eric Gallerne, Co-Head of Private Debt Strategy, as Managing Partners.
Guyonnet and Eric Gallerne are both members of Idinvest Partners’ Executive Committee, which also includes Bavière, CEO & Founding Partner, and Benoist Grossmann, Founding Partner, as well as Managing Partners Matthieu Baret, Nicolas Chaudron, François Lacoste and Christophe Simon.
Guyonnet, joined Idinvest Partners as CFO in 2000 and in 2010 was appointed as COO. Having been at the firm for almost twenty years, today she manages a team of 45 people working in the Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, IT and General Resources departments.
Gallerne, joined Idinvest Partners in 2012. Alongside François Lacoste, Managing Partner and Co-Head, he has contributed to the development of Idinvest’s private debt strategy which today represents EUR3.4 billion in total across four areas of expertise: Direct Lending, Leveraged Loans, Corporate Finance and Asset Finance. Along with François Lacoste, he leads a team of 21 investment professionals spread across France, Germany and Spain. Formerly, Eric was notably responsible for co-founding mezzanine investment activities (ActoMezz) at Groupama Private Equity and spent 10 years leading the Acquisition Finance department at Fortis Banque France.
