IMDDA adds to advisory board


The Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA), an investor-based organisation dedicated to the professionals who perform investment and operational due diligence, has appointed Kelly DePonte, Managing Director at Probitas Partners, to its Advisory Board.

"We are excited to welcome Kelly to the IMDDA Advisory Board,” says Andrew Borowiec, IMDDA Executive Director. “Kelly’s knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in helping to guide the IMDDA's content for private funds.”

Based in San Francisco, DePonte is Managing Director at Probitas Partners, where he is responsible for research. With offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Hong Kong, Probitas Partners is a global provider of alternative investment solutions with an emphasis on the placement of private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and real asset funds.  DePonte earned an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a BA from Stanford.

With today’s announcement, the IMDDA Advisory Board expands to 17 members.
