Private equity firm TA Associates has appointed Charles Ha as a Vice President in its Boston office as a member of the North America Technology Group.

Ha focuses on investments in technology companies across North America. Prior to joining TA, Ha was a Vice President at General Catalyst, where he focused on growth equity and majority investments in technology companies across North America and Europe. Before joining General Catalyst, he spent time at Cisco Systems in the Office of the CEO, and at North Bridge Growth Equity (NKA Guidepost Growth Equity) as an Associate. Mr. Ha began his professional career at LEK Consulting, where he advised private equity firms on technology and business services transactions. He received a BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences (MMSS), Economics and Legal Studies from Northwestern University, and received a Certificate in Managerial Analytics from The Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Ha received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
