ORIX Corporation USA’s (ORIX USA) business unit ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity has changed its name to ORIX Private Equity Solutions. “Our business strategy remains unchanged. We have always sought to be a flexible provider of capital to our transaction partners. For a long time a large majority of the capital we have invested has been equity. Our new name better represents what we do and what we will continue to do going forward,” says Jeff Sangalis, Managing Director and Head of ORIX Private Equity Solutions. “We want independent sponsors, family offices and others involved in middle market transactions to think of our capital as providing a solution to their need, whether that need is equity alone or equity with some amount of mezzanine.”

rket companies across a variety of end markets and industries. ORIX Private Equity Solutions has invested in over 35 independent sponsor lead transactions, making it one of the most informed and active providers of capital to this market. Typical investments are initially in the USD10 million to USD20 million range with the ability to further grow and support portfolio company successes.
