Middle market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has appointed Bob Linscott as an Operating Partner. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Linscott served as the Vice President of Operations for Fluke Corporation (Fluke), a subsidiary of Fortive company and a manufacturer of industrial test, measurement and diagnostic equipment including electronic test equipment.

Chris O’Brien, Managing Partner at Wynnchurch, says: “We are excited to welcome Bob to the Wynnchurch team. Bob brings over 30 years of operating experience – serving in a variety of roles while overseeing businesses or divisions ranging in size from USD100 million to almost USD2 billion. He will be instrumental in helping us increase the value of our companies through active strategic and operational management and counsel.”

Linscott adds: “I am pleased to partner with the Wynnchurch team and look forward to the many opportunities ahead.”

Linscott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and began his career in operations at Milliken & Company. He later transitioned to leadership roles at Honeywell, General Motors, Lear Automotive, and Danaher.

Wynnchurch Capital is actively investing from its USD2.277 billion Fund V.
