Faegre Drinker adds corporate and M&A lawyer in Denver

Faegre Drinker has appointed Gregory R Hall as a partner in the firm’s Corporate group based in Denver. Hall comes to the firm from DLA Piper’s Phoenix office.For more than 28 years, Hall has represented clients in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions, and other corporate and business matters. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border deals; capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; tender offers and exchange offers; domestic and international joint ventures; venture capital and private equity transactions; bank financings; and debt restructurings.

On 1 February, Faegre Baker Daniels and Drinker Biddle & Reath combined to create Faegre Drinker, a top 50 firm with more than 1,300 attorneys, consultants and professionals across 22 locations.

Froehle and Kassner add: “Greg is a talented corporate lawyer who shares our firm’s unwavering commitment to collaboration and client service. We believe that our clients will appreciate having access to Greg and his strategic approach to transactions.”

Hall earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
