The winners, who were presented with their awards at a ceremony in London on 11 March, were decided by a poll of Private Equity Wire readers which included industry professionals at private equity firms, investors, law firms, consultants and other service providers.
We partnered with PitchBook to provide pre-selected options for each category, except those subjective in nature. PitchBook analysed the activity of firms in Europe from 1 November 2018 to 31 October 2019. Unless otherwise specified in the category title, analysis was limited to the private equity space.
