Limerston Capital Partners acquires Patricia White’s and Country Cousins

Limerston Capital’s Limerston Capital Partners I has acquired Patricia White’s and Country Cousins from Saga Healthcare Limited, a subsidiary of Saga plc. The Businesses are two well established brands combining to form one of the UK’s largest private pay introductory live-in home care agencies.

Based in Redhill, England, the Businesses are focused on private pay, live-in care agency services, with over 2,700 registered clients, 690 of which are currently receiving care services. Both Country Cousins and Patricia Whites offer a flexible and unique approach though their respective carers to enable clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes.
