Integral Venture Partners holds first close of first fund

Integral Venture Partners (Integral) has held the first close of its first private equity and growth capital fund, Evolving Europe Principal Investments I (EEPI I). The fund, which has a hard cap of EUR150 million, is backed by leading institutional investors including the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and prominent regional and international entrepreneurs. 

Integral is focused on investing in central and south-eastern Europe, a region covering 25 per cent of Europe’s territory with population of 120 million. The fund will be seeking equity investments of up to EUR25 million in targets with significant growth and value add potential across core focus sectors including: TMT, healthcare, consumer goods and services, B2B services and niche manufacturing. 

Integral is founded by Stefan Tzvetkov with partners group including Barna Papay, Marko Hinic and Evtim Chesnovski and a further team of seasoned senior advisers. The Integral team brings 100-plus years of combined investment experience accumulated at blue-chip institutions and has executed more than EUR3 billion worth of transactions in the region. 

Integral is independently owned by its partners and operates out of hubs in London, Budapest and Belgrade.
