Seven Seas Water acquired by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners

Seven Seas Water, a specialist in Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions, has been acquired by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP). 

Seven Seas Water, a specialist in Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions, has been acquired by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP). Seven Seas Water is a former operating segment of AquaVenture Holdings Limited (NYSE:WAAS), which was acquired by Culligan.
