The Inflexion Foundation donates GBP 2.5 million to Corona virus relief

Inflexion Private Equity Partners is making donations totalling GBP 2.5 million to help alleviate the impact of the coronavirus outbreak via The Inflexion Foundation.

Inflexion said that the current pandemic is both “universal and severe” and that the firm recognises the need to support the most vulnerable at this time.

The foundation has donated GBP 2 million to the National Emergencies Trust to support their Coronavirus Appeal which is raising funds for local charities and grassroots organisations that can provide vital support to people.

The National Emergencies Trust was launched last year to raise and distribute funds for national emergencies. The trust collaborates with charities to raise and distribute money and support victims at the time of a domestic disaster.

The foundation has also donated GBP 250,000 to Turn2Us, a national charity helping people when times get tough, providing financial support to help people get back on track.

As part of their Coronavirus Appeal, Turn2Us is working hard to provide people who are in critical need with crisis grants to help them make ends meet during this period.

The Inflexion Foundation will also donate GBP 125,000 to both the Roundhouse and The British Exploring Society, two charities with which Inflexion has long standing relationships.

The Roundhouse provides creative arts projects to 6,000 young people every year, over 50 percent of whom are from the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.

The British Exploring Society is a youth development charity helping to transform lives through experiences in wilderness environments.
