Middle market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has appointed Aron Beach as a Managing Director focused on operations, strategy and portfolio management.Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Beach served as the Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Lighting Technologies.

Beach earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at Lason, Inc and later transitioned to various strategic and financial roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO), Accel Performance Group, Z Capital Partners, and Busche Performance Group.
