Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) has appointed Colin Day as a senior advisor. In his new role, Day will work with the SGE team directly and support SGE portfolio company management teams on matters that are driving their businesses.Day is the founder, chairman, and former CEO of iCIMS, a cloud platform for recruitment software solutions. With more than 1,000 employees and USD250 million in annual recurring revenue, iCIMS has grown to become the largest provider of hiring software and stands among Forbes’ top 100 fastest-growing private cloud companies in the country. iCIMS has expanded its product portfolio with multiple company acquisitions under Day’s leadership.
