Global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has hired Ariel White-Tsimikalis to bolster its London M&A and Corporate Finance team.White-Tsimikalis joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell where she advised banks, corporates and private equity funds on equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and general public company representation. Ariel has extensive experience having worked at Latham & Watkins and undertaken secondments to the in-house legal teams at Jefferies, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.
