One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle market private equity firm, has appointed R Todd Bradley as an Operating Partner. Bradley will have a broad mandate as an Operating Partner, where he will bring his extensive executive experience to bear working with OEP’s investment teams to identify operational excellence opportunities within the firm’s portfolio and with respect to new investments. As an executive with decades of governance, senior leadership, strategic growth and operations experience, Bradley will serve as both a board member and executive resource for OEP’s portfolio companies.

Most recently, Bradley served as CEO of mobile commerce and payments solutions company Mozido. Prior to Mozido, he was President of TIBCO Software, Inc, a global leader in enterprise infrastructure software, where he led its worldwide expansion and transitioned its business model to software-as-a-service. Previously, he was a senior executive at Hewlett-Packard who led its Personal Systems and Printing business, a $60 billion business unit that designs, produces and sells PCs, workstations and printers. Bradley has also held senior management positions at Palm Inc, Gateway and AC Nielsen. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Towson University.
