One Equity Partners appoints Operating Partner

One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle market private equity firm, has appointed R Todd Bradley as an Operating Partner.

Bradley will have a broad mandate as an Operating Partner, where he will bring his extensive executive experience to bear working with OEP’s investment teams to identify operational excellence opportunities within the firm’s portfolio and with respect to new investments. As an executive with decades of governance, senior leadership, strategic growth and operations experience, Bradley will serve as both a board member and executive resource for OEP’s portfolio companies.

“As a firm focused on helping our investments achieve the highest levels of performance, we are thrilled to have an executive as accomplished as Todd join our team,” says Chip Schorr, Senior Managing Director at OEP. “His senior stewardship and business-building acumen are highly complementary with our focus on identifying strategic growth opportunities that transform middle market companies into market leaders.”

Most recently, Bradley served as CEO of mobile commerce and payments solutions company Mozido. Prior to Mozido, he was President of TIBCO Software, Inc, a global leader in enterprise infrastructure software, where he led its worldwide expansion and transitioned its business model to software-as-a-service. Previously, he was a senior executive at Hewlett-Packard who led its Personal Systems and Printing business, a $60 billion business unit that designs, produces and sells PCs, workstations and printers. Bradley has also held senior management positions at Palm Inc, Gateway and AC Nielsen. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Towson University.

“I’m thrilled to join OEP at a time when there is increasing worldwide demand for next generation IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions and best-in-class managed services,” says Bradley. “I look forward to working closely with Chip and OEP’s investment professionals in evaluating new platform investments and transformational acquisition opportunities for the firm’s portfolio companies.”
