Baird Capital, the direct private investment arm of Baird, has promoted Michael Holgate to Partner and Andy Dyer to Director. Both associates are based in London.Holgate, Partner, joined Baird Capital in 2014 and focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management in the Technology & Services sector. Before joining Baird Capital, Holgate spent five years working in financial due diligence and corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Spectrum Corporate Finance. Holgate is a chartered accountant and earned a First Class Master’s degree in chemistry from Bristol University.
Dyer, Director, joined Baird Capital in 2016 and focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management in the Industrial Solutions sector. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Dyer had roles in the Transaction Advisory Services team with EY, the Group Corporate Finance Division at Anglo American PLC, and latterly in M&A advisory at Clearwater International. Dyer is a chartered accountant and earned a degree in economics from the University of Warwick.
