Private equity and special situations institutional investor Sandton Capital Partners (Sandton) has expanded its London and Paris teams with two new recruits, as the firm continues its growth.Jordan Kay joins as an Investment Manager in the London team and will work alongside the Head of Sandton UK, Matt Meehan. Emmanuel Atlan also joins Sandton as an Investment Manager working in both the Paris and London teams alongside the Head of Sandton France, Sébastien Cailliau as well as Matt Meehan.
Kay has over five years M&A and restructuring experience. He previously worked for Lincoln International in the London and Stockholm offices and EY in the London and Dubai offices. Jordan is a Chartered Accountant.
Atlan has ten years of experience in restructuring and advising investors on distressed lending and/or buy-outs and assisting management teams of businesses in difficulty. He joins Sandton from THM Partners, where he worked on international restructurings in Iceland, Germany, France, the UK, and Italy.
The new hires join the Sandton team who to date have executed over GBP1.3billion transactions.
