Sanne makes senior appointment in its Private Debt business

Sanne, a global provider of alternative asset and corporate business services, has appointed Keith Miller as Global Head of Private Debt. Based in London, Miller will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in building the private debt and loan agency product offering.  

With more than 20 years industry experience, Miller joins Sanne from Global Loan Agency Services Limited and Nomura International Plc. In these roles he was responsible for building and managing various loan agency and private debt teams, business development, relationship management and the on-boarding of large syndicated transactions.

In his new role at Sanne, Miller will have specific focus on the continued development of the division to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of service and technical expertise across all jurisdictions. The focus will also continue to be on delivering strong growth through organic initiatives while continuing to drive best practice throughout day-to-day activities.

Sanne’s Private Debt business provides private debt administration and loan agency services to a global client base. The team comprises more than 185 qualified and highly experienced professionals based across Sanne’s global network who service more than 900 structures.
