Morgan Lewis adds to private placements team in London

Tori Weir, who represents institutional investors in US and cross-border debt financings with a focus on secured and unsecured private placements, has rejoined Morgan Lewis from Akin Gump as a partner resident in London.Weir also advises institutional investors and other institutional lenders in mezzanine financing and leveraged acquisition transactions. Additionally, she has borrower-side experience in bank financings and private placements of debt, as well as a broad range of experience in US and international corporate and capital markets transactions.
