The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has promoted Drew Flanigan to Partner in the firm’s Dallas office. Since joining the firm in 2010, Flanigan has worked with more than a dozen platform investments. In his new role, he will help oversee the firm’s 10-person Dallas team and lead investments in the software and business services sectors.

Prior to his role at Riverside, Flanigan began his career in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University.
