Capstone Partners adds to team

Capstone Partners, an independent global placement agent, has appointed Tiffany Howard (née Bourgoin-Heskia) as a Principal. Howard will be responsible for fundraising and client origination in the UK, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

“We are delighted to welcome Tiffany to Capstone Partners. She brings five years of fundraising experience in Europe and North America to complement Capstone’s global distribution platform,” says Lucien Cipollone, Associate Partner at Capstone Partners. “Tiffany’s addition deepens our reach in European distribution, ensuring full coverage for our global client base.”

Prior to Capstone, Howard was Vice President at Quest Fund Placement, where she raised capital for mid-market private equity funds from investors across Europe and the United States. Before going into private equity, Tiffany set up and ran her own online business specialising in high quality meat. Previously, Howard was involved in the build out of the international carbon market, helping establish the environmental markets group at JPMorgan and the emissions desk at UBS, where she held roles in sales, trading and origination. Tiffany began her career as an Associate at Merrill Lynch in the Global Foreign Exchange group.

Howard holds a graduate masters degree in Physics from University College London and a postgraduate masters degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London.

Capstone is also pleased to welcome two additional team members to the project management team. Caroline Magee joined the firm as an Associate and Hannah Costley joined the firm as an Analyst. They will be focused on client documentation and diligence requests.

Prior to Capstone, Magee was a Manager with Pointe Advisory, where she performed commercial due diligence for middle market private equity clients and provided evidence- based advisory to Fortune 500 clients. Magee graduated with a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest University and earned an MS in Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.

Costley graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English with a specialisation in Creative Writing and a minor in Journalism from Southern Methodist University.
