Resurgens Technology Partners (Resurgens) has added six new team members to its portfolio operations team. The new additions are Jon Ingram as principal of portfolio operations, Edward Kenna as VP of portfolio operations, Wayne Williams as operating partner, Mike Swindell as operating executive (Product & Strategy), James Pitts as operating executive (R&D) and Nigel Brown as operating executive (Sales).
Ingram and Kenna will work together to manage value creation initiatives across the entire Resurgens’ portfolio, helping implement measures for strategic planning, talent design and alignment, sales and marketing effectiveness, as well as acquisitions and integration.
Working closely with Resurgens’ portfolio company, Axosoft, along with supporting the broader portfolio operations team, Williams, Swindell, Pitts and brown bring over twenty years of experience to the table as an operating team in various IT/infrastructure software segments, successfully scaling multiple businesses for world-class private equity firms.
