O’Melveny has advised rfXcel Corporation, a specialist in digital supply chain traceability solutions, on its acquisition by Antares Vision Group, an Italy-based global provider of intelligent track & trace, inspection and smart data management solutions for the life science and food & beverage sectors.
The transaction closed on 31 March, 2021.
