As part of the continued expansion of Patrimonium Private Equity activities, private equity veteran Ulrich Mogwitz is joining the team headed by Werner Schnorf.
Specialised in lower mid-market companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), the Patrimonium Private Equity Team has another professional on board with Ulrich Mogwitz as Senior Investment Director, who has been involved in many platform and add-on acquisitions, that he led to success.
With a target size of EUR200 million, the Patrimonium Private Equity Fund already conducted its third acquisition in March 2021 with KTB, and is preparing another closing.
Mogwitz has been working in private equity in Germany and Switzerland since 2005.
He was previously Investment Manager at Hannover Finanz, Equity Partner at Ufenau Capital Partners and most recently Managing Director at Prorsum, a private equity impact investment company.
Prior to his career in private equity, Mogwitz worked for a major baked goods company and in business consulting, both in Germany.
Mogwitz graduated as an industrial engineer from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and as an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Münster.
