Procuritas has appointed Carl Settergren as partner. Settergren brings extensive experience and a successful track record from international private equity and investment banking to the team, and he will contribute greatly to Procuritas’s ability to source and execute the large number of deal opportunities present in the Nordic mid-market.
Prior to joining Procuritas, Settergren worked for eleven years at PAI Partners based in Paris, then Copenhagen and Stockholm. Settergren started his career in the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank in London between 2004-2008. He holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics (Major in Accounting and Financial Management) and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.
At PAI Partners, Settergren was part of establishing PAI Partners in the Nordic region and played a leading role in various successful investments, including Atos Medical, Perstorp, Hunkemöller and Chr. Hansen.
