Crestbridge, a provider of private equity and real estate administration solutions, has appointed James Watts as Director, Head of Client Operations within its Institutional segment.
In his new role, Watts is responsible for the development and enhancement of cross function systems, controls and procedures that support the strategic management and growth of client relationships, as well as ensuring the high-quality levels of bespoke client service that Crestbridge is increasingly known for.
Prior to joining Crestbridge, Watts’ previous roles included COO of Augentius, a leading global provider of alternative investment solutions to Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. He also played a key role in the successful sale of Augentius to SGG in 2018.
Based in London, Watts brings with him over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, of which, 15 years have been focused on private equity and real estate fund administration. He also has a deep understanding of business-wide functions including legal, PMO, HR, Sales, and IT.
