Abry Partners to sell Sentry Data System for USD400m

Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, is to sell Sentry Data Systems, a specialist in pharmacy procurement, compliance and utilisation management, to Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), a provider of  Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, for USD400 million.
