CIL Management Consultants has promoted 22 of its client-facing staff, across both its UK and US offices.
The move follows a year of rapid growth for the firm, having experienced an almost 40 per cent year-on-year rise in the number of engagements served.
Mike Hallett has been promoted to Associate Director within CIL’s technology practice, having joined the firm in 2014. He has demonstrated deep expertise across the technology sector, with recent clients including managed and cloud service providers, software vendors (HCM, ERP, CRM, security), digital transformation consultancies, retail tech providers, contact centre providers, internet service providers, security vendors and data centre operators. The news reflects the growth of CIL’s technology practice and follows the promotion of Anthony Crutchett to Director in the technology practice in April 2021.
Giles Johnson, CIL’s Managing Partner, says: “Mike has established himself as a truly credible expert in the technology sector and has worked for some of the leading businesses in the space. His promotion is recognition of the contribution he has made to the growth of the practice.”

CIL also announced an additional 21 promotions among its client-facing staff across both its UK and US office.
