ZEDRA has appointed Murjel Breedveld Jagesser as Client Director in Luxembourg’s Corporate Services and Global Expansion team alongside Charles-Alexandre Houillon as Director of Fund Management Services.

Breedveld Jagesser will strengthen ZEDRA’s Management and Administration Services to Institutional, Corporate, Private Equity and Private Clients opting for Luxembourg as the hub for their investments. Breedveld Jagesser is a Dutch lawyer who draws on more than 15 years’ senior leadership experience for ia stock listed companies. Prior to joining ZEDRA, Breedveld Jagesser held senior positions and led many successful deliveries of multi-jurisdictional initiatives in Amsterdam, Cape Town, New Delhi, São Paulo and Istanbul, before spending six years as legal counsel in Luxembourg. Breedveld Jagesser is a driven leader and possesses a unique cross-cultural understanding acquired from years spent working in company management, corporate governance and banking in the financial services industry, adapting to the client, company and role.

Houillon will enhance and grow ZEDRA’s Fund Management Services (AIFM / ManCo) offering having accumulated more than 20 years of knowledge and expertise in Fund and Asset Management. Prior to joining ZEDRA, he was Director & Conducting Officer at a renowned fund management services administrator in Luxembourg. ZEDRA is committed to driving company growth by developing and investing in its Fund Administration Services, with the Group having established teams for regulated Funds in Jersey, Guernsey, the Cayman Islands and Singapore.

Wim Ritz, Global Head of ZEDRA Funds, says: “We are very pleased to welcome both Murjel and Charles-Alexandre to ZEDRA, enhancing our offering in Luxembourg and helping to strengthen the foundations of our existing Funds team.
