Global law firm Paul Hastings has advised Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on a comprehensive financing package to support its investment in Iver Holding AB alongside management and other shareholders.
Headquartered in Stockholm, the Iver group specialises in IT outsourcing and multi-cloud solutions.
The European leveraged finance team at Paul Hastings advised ICG on all aspects of the debt financing process, including the establishment of committed term and revolving facilities to support the ongoing growth and expansion of the Iver group.
